Crispy Potato Balls – Awesome when Try with Ketchup

Ingredients for about 20 balls

2 Medium potatoes
2 Egg Yolks
Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 bread Powder
Salt
3 tbsp Rice Flour

Process

  1. Take Potatoes in a bowl and boil them
  2. Drain the Water and Let it cool
  3. Remove the peel and cut them into pieces
  4. Add softened Butter and a pinch of salt
  5. Crush and mix it well
  6. Add two yolks mix it well and cover the bowl with a lid and freeze it for 2 hours
  7. Take two Egg yolks in another bowl and salt and beet it well
  8. Take a Spoonful dough and cover with flour and dip in egg yolk
  9. Then roll it over breadcrumb Powder
  10. Once all the dough Balls are ready deep fry it.
